Crosshead Assembly

We can supply crosshead, crosshead pin and crosshead slide(guide) for most of the mud pump models.

 

All our crosshead products are fully exchangeable with OEM products and meet or exceed API-7K standards.

The crosshead and crosshead guide are made of ASTM A48-83 meehanite cast iron featured by good abrasion resistance and long service life.

 

The connection between the crosshead and the extension rod is made by using bolted flange.

The crosshead pin is made by 45# steel. It is the component between connecting rod and crosshead.
